We are a Private Sector Building Control Service providing a cost-effective and client friendly alternative to Local Authority Building Control, and are able to make all decisions on matters relating to Building Regulation approval, from design stage through to satisfactory completion on site.
We are Corporate Approved Inspectors licensed through the Construction Industry Council (CIC). Many of our Surveyors are Chartered Building Control Surveyors or working towards their Chartership.
We will:
Advise you on how the Building Regulations apply to your work
Issue a plans certificate (if requested)
Notify the Local Authority
Inspect the work as it progresses
Check your plans
Issue a final certificate
Consult with the Fire Service etc
Support you through this process
